TUM has 20 years’ experience in business development, entrepreneurship development with various multinational and international companies with his specializes in business development, private sector engagement, SME business development, fund raising, business financing, business strategic development, business plan, talent leadership and management, CSR and export.

Tum holds master’s degree in development management and Agribusiness Value Chains from Cambodia and New Zealand. He is working as Business Development Manager of Khmer Organic Cooperative Co., Ltd, Business Development Director for ECO-AGRI Co., Ltd, Vice President of Cambodia Cashew Federation (CCF) and Board of Director at CamboDHRRA.
