Mr. Nam Channtry serves as the Board Advisor of ADMIT Investment and International Trade and Vice President of the Cambodia Foods Exporters Association (CAMFEA). Currently, he is a Fund Management Representative at OBOR, where he holds a license from the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC). In this role, Mr. Channtry actively supports OBOR’s pipelines by ensuring a high level of governance, finance, and legal structure. Mr. Channtry manages several impactful projects aimed at building a robust ecosystem for investment in Cambodia.
One notable initiative is the Investment Readiness Program, which provides hands-on support to startups and SMEs, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to attract investment. Mano is a highly accomplished professional with extensive expertise in monitoring & evaluation, grant management, project management, and data analysis within international development initiatives. She has successfully led and overseen projects funded by BMZ, ADB, and USAID across diverse sectors, including agricultural value chain development, reproductive health, vocational training, Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), as well as climate change adaptation and resilience—particularly within the Mekong region, with a focus on Cambodia. With a strong track record of managing multi-donor funded projects, she has a proven track record of supporting agribusinesses, facilitating market linkages, and ensuring compliance with international donor regulations.

Pagnchak-Roat (Roat) Men is a seasoned MEL Specialist and Researcher with over a decade of experience. He has a strong background in leading Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) efforts for USAID-funded projects, where he has developed strategic frameworks and generated evidence-based insights to enhance project interventions. Roat’s research experience encompasses over 10 projects focusing on socioeconomics, rural development, agri-technology assessment, and market research. He is skilled in data analysis, reporting, and translating complex findings into actionable insights for stakeholders. Currently, Roat is the MEL Specialist for the USAID FtF Cambodia Harvest III project with Abt Global. He holds a master’s degree in Community Development from Yeungnam University and a bachelor’s degree in development economics.

With over eight years in the cashew sector, Mr. SOPHAL Laikong has been serving as the Acting Executive Director of the Cambodia Cashew Federation (CCF) for more than two years, with over eight years of experience in the cashew sector. He played a pivotal role in establishing Cambodia’s National Cashew Nut Policy 2022–2027 and is recognized as a pioneer of CCF, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to shape the cashew industry. Laikong’s expertise spans cashew nut processing, food safety, and export readiness, advising multiple local processors to meet international standards. He also facilitated the registration of four new cashew varieties with the Ministry of Agriculture and led Cambodia’s successful hosting of the World Cashew Nut Conference 2024, drawing over 500 participants from 40 countries. His collaboration with USAID’s Harvest II & III programs, HEKS-EPER, GIZ-CRAS, ICCO, and Morodok Baitaing has impacted over 50 cooperatives and 8,000 households, establishing him as a key expert in Cambodia’s cashew value chain.

Choup Sreysan is a highly analytical and meticulous finance professional, offering extensive experience in strategic financial management, accounting, and corporate administration. In her current capacity as Regional Finance Manager for the Credit Union Foundation Australia (CUFA) since January 2024, she spearheads the maintenance of robust financial systems, conducts precise monthly reconciliations, manages transaction entries via Xero, leads budget review processes, and prepares detailed financial reports for the Sydney Head Office. Previously, Ms. Sreysan held pivotal roles including Finance Manager at the Cambodia Pepper and Spices Federation and Accountant Manager at IWB Technologies Co., Ltd., where she showcased expertise in QuickBooks, tax compliance, payroll administration, and fixed asset management. Ms. Sreysan earned her degree in Finance and Accounting from VANDA Institute and exhibits professional fluency in both Khmer and English.

Sophea Sang is a dynamic professional with a strong background in export development, pharmaceutical sciences, and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as a Partnership Manager for Export at Abt Global (Harvest III Project), Sophea is instrumental in driving growth for Cambodian agribusinesses by identifying opportunities, overcoming barriers, and fostering robust networks with export-oriented SMEs. Her previous roles include Research and Development (R&D) Deputy Manager at Pharma Product Manufacturing (PPM) and Project Manager at Confirel Co., Ltd, where she honed her skills in project coordination and pharmaceutical product development. Sophea holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Health Sciences and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Epidemiology at the National Institute of Public Health. Her key skills include international trade and compliance, negotiation, and relationship management.

He holds master’s degree in Agribusiness and Global Food from The University of Adelaide, Australia and Bachelor Degree of Science in Agriculture from Royal University of Agriculture, Cambodia. An agribusiness graduated from the University of Adelaide commits to take part in Cambodia’s development by working for the public sector or non-governmental organizations where I can use my knowledge and skills to improve farmers’ livelihood in Cambodia. YUN Phyrun is a results-driven supply chain and logistics executive whose 20+ year career is characterized by transformative impacts on efficiency and profitability. In his role as General Manager for Sunshine Logistics (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., he architected supply chain enhancements that yielded a 20% reduction in operational costs. His expertise encompasses strategic supply chain re-engineering, high-stakes vendor negotiations (previously securing up to 15% cost savings), and the orchestration of seamless import/export logistics and customs compliance throughout Cambodia, Vietnam, and Thailand.
